We wanted to join our experiences in order to generate something new and unique in a part of Valpolicella dedicated to the prince of Veneto wines, the Amarone and we now have an ambitious objective: to enhance the local viticulture to produce a great Valpolicella.

We have linked the technical expertise of the Antica Casa Vinicola Santi with the viticultural potential which Giacomo Galtarossa knows how to extract from his own property.

With the invaluable assistance of an experienced agronomist, Gian Piero Romana, we have identified the best plots in order to obtain the best from them.

Only a part of the property is devoted to our project: reconverting, selecting and replanting we have made an estate within an estate, with the most acclaimed parcels earmarked for the production of wines for the Galtarossa selection.
